RMAN Duplicate on AIX

Is anyone using RMAN duplicate database feature on 64bit AIX p550 platform? I've been using this on Solaris for over a year and it works great, but get errors when trying it out on this new AIX box we just installed. I'm using a media manager, TDPO for Oracle to interface the RMAN backups to our Tivoli tape library. When the restore starts on the destination machine, the job errors out with ORA-27039: create file failed, file size limit reached. This isn't a problem with file size limit, I am able to run create database with > 5GB files as this same AIX user who is running the duplicate job. I also tried running a backup and restore on the same machine, no problem with that either. It's just when I use RMAN "duplicate" feature to copy from one AIX p550 box to another. Appears to be a problem with this platform. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
