In general, autoextend of 1M is not a good practice. Others may say that autoextend is a bad practice in general, but small extend sizes are definitely bad.

Why do you want to have a datafile with (potentially) 241 extents in the filesystem? (datafile extents, not oracle extents as in a subset of a segment).

Why were you adding a datafile to the system tablespace in the first place?
