In my experience 80% of the problems Oracle shops being exposed to DB2 encounter are in the mind.
What I mean by that is that if you and your team are willing to accept that not everything that is different is necessarily bad, then a week of training and some good books will go a long way. If not, well then DB2 will keep rubbing you the wrong way in anything from different SQL to locking and isolation levels.

Good books include the free and downloadable: http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/graeme_birchall/HOMEPAGE.HTM

Googling the Informationcenter using "site:boulder.ibm.com" http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/db2help/index.jsp

Redbooks:
http://publib-b.boulder.ibm.com/redbooks.nsf/portals/Data

DeveloperWorks DB2:

Well that'll keep you busy ;-)
Cheers
Serge

PS: No I'm not suffering from insomnia, I'm on assignment in China.
