Error ORA-12547 after patching Oracle 9i on Tru64

Hi all,


I' ve patched Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 on Tru64 with patchset for Oracle
9.2.0.6.



After have installed it launching the runInstaller in tha Patch
directory, i try to connect to sqlplus for the post installation tasks.
But appears the error:



ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact



How can I solve, please?
