That amount of memory would probably have gotten by with 8.1.7 on 32
bit.



For applying patches against a 9.2 database, a shared_pool of 150M and
a java_pool of 150M are recommended in the documentation.



You can probably get by with an sga_target of 512M.
You are not going to get by with an sga of 192M.



Allocate more memory to this instance.
