Thanks Ed, for making the point I was about to make.

Eugene, I was only trying to help out a little by pointing you in the right direction but I have a job, need to sleep and newsgroups are blocked at my workplace unfortunately. If you have an urgent data recovery problem, you'd be better off going to support because that's what they're paid to do. I don't mean any of that to sound harsh - I'm just not in a position to give urgent responses to newsgroup questions (although I'd always try).
