all machines are behind a firewall
so it is a firewall issue as sqlnet assigns random ports.

Well I did read your post carefully, didn't I? Could you please
a) look up the word 'random' in a dictionary
b) trace your sessions, so you can verify what port numbers are really
being used
and
c) apologize
