oradim.log does not seem to be being updated either. I've tried
starting the service in a few different ways, and the oradim.log file
is being accessed (as in the time of last modification is being
changed), but nothing new is being written to it.



Running oradim from the command line does nothing. It sat there
overnight while I left it run and the process was still "starting" when
I came in this morning.
