Many of us regulars view c.d.o.marketplace frequently.

Even when not looking for work, I consider it a good measure of the current market for Oracle developers.
For example: in good times several years ago, there were dozens of postings there daily as the market was great and then a few years ago, when I happened to be out of work, it was also a time then c.d.o.m was nearly empty.

So your sample of one can be anywhere on the curve, and not necessarily near the average.
