Help: Oracle to Access connectivity

I have one oracle database 9206 on RedHat Linux (3.0), and an access database 2003 on WinXP, every night, we need to get the data out of access database into a flat file and then use sqlload to load the data into Oracle.

In there any better way of doing this, like dblink?
