Comment out the line containing
INSTALLEDCOMPONENTS=...
in the file $ORACLE_HOME/network/tools/NetProperties
If you are working with Oracle seriously ,you have anyway a need in an Oracle Support. Not for such simple things as above - here can help google or usenet, but if you have any issue with Ora 600, Ora 7445 or latest if you need a patch - you have no another possibility , only Oracle Support. On this ng it was many times discussed how a private person can get the Oracle Support in a relative cheap way.
