Dear listmembers,
I'm a Oracle newbie and have a problem installing Oracle 10g r2 on a Solaris 10 box.
I installed the database on my system and after passing the installationprocess I could access the Enterprise manager via webbrowser.
I configured the scripts to boot up Oracle during the boot of the machine like described on http://www.bolthole.com/solaris/oracle.html.
But the listener is not started during the booting process. If I want to start it manually I get the following message, regardless I start it as root, oracle user or something else. :
root_at_Sunblade1000 ~ > /home/oracle/product/10.2.0/Db_1/bin/lsnrctl start

Does anyone know how to start it again ?
