So let me see:

This is patch 10.1.0.4, nearly TWO (2) years AFTER the software has been released. And so far, NO ONE has hit an install bug with data pump.

And this is the software I hear ad nauseum the marketeers blurt here and everywhere else, telling us is STABLE and we should all upgrade?
