This qualifies as a useful response using what criteria? I see no useful information provided by your post. Then, that was your point, wasn't it, to provide useless criticisms rather than use your claimed expertise with Oracle to provide a usable answer. Which, of course, is not possible given the dearth of information provided by the OP.
