Can't run Ora Installer on W2k: JRE not found

Hi,

I can't run the oracle universal installer (9.2.0.1) on Windows 200 Server which is based on my harddisk, not CD-Roms

Error:
"The Java Runtime Environment was not fount at F:\DOCUMENT~1\ADMIN~1\CONFIG~1\Temp\OraInstall-2002-10-23_12-09-19PM\jre\bin\javaw.exe. Hence, the Oracle Universal Installer cannot be run. Please visit http://www.javasoft.com and install JRE version 1.3.1 or higher and try again."

I have uninstalled old java-versions and installed JRE SE 1.3.1_16. Same negative results.

I have read the installation guide and followed the steps which deal about Java-AccessBridge
