Remember to close databases cleanly (using shutdown immediate by hand,
don't trust Windows service shutdown) and backup them if you need to be
able to open them somewhere else... ;-)
Use "oradim" utility to remove one by one database instance services.
Run the installer (on server or inserting CD), select Remove, and voila...
Remove installation path.
Remove HKLM\Software\Oracle Registry key
Eventually delete or copy somewhere else database(s) if desired.
