seems that I had to change those log destinations to defer ( enabled was an issue to Oracle )
Also had to comment out shared_servers, shared_server_sessions, and all the db_nk_cache_size parameters I had to comment out. Also, the "FATAL" error was caused by defining the spfile parameter. If I comment it out I dont have startup problems anymore. Go figure.
