The Oracle PL/SQL Web Cartridge generates the SQL when I call the
wpg_docload.download_file or wpg_docload.upload_file routine. It
handles the insertion of the file into the attachments table. I do not
have control over the SQL generated, and thus, cannot use the REPLACE
function. 



Any other suggestions?
