What do you mean with "last archive file" ? Do you have archive logging enabled (and is there a backup of the archived log files ?). Then you can perform a point-in-time recovery. You will only loose those transactions that were in the lost online redo log files (since they were not yet archived). Maybe they are on a separate disk device and that disk got faulty ? Files don't disappear like that, even on Windows :-)
