Oracle Database 10g Installation Manual for WIndows. In the 'Post installation tasks' chapter. (The stuff you are *supposed* to do after installing, having done the installation only after reading the manual. <g>)

Specifically in Section 4.3.13, entitled "4.3.13 Setting Credentials for the Job System".
