All,

Could someone give me a clue on some data that I am seeing in Oracle Enterprise Manager (Capacity Planner)?

We are using an IBM Shark (RAID) and have Vpaths setup etc. (the details I can get if needed) and I have observed negative IO numbers when viewing Cumulative IO statistics. I contacted Oracle and I was told that "they are used to seeing positive numbers" (?) and this was probably a result of a hardware issue.

Negative numbers dropped to -300 ms... Strange. The IBM Vendor said it was a the Oracle Enterprise Manager software, but I don't know.

Does this sound accurate? Has anyone experienced this before?

Thanks,
