This is not entirely true. While I wouldn't have pushed it to the point the original responder did, I do think some responses on this group have been rude in the past. However, I don't think that complaining about it is the most effective means of dealing with it. In my mind, if you don't like the person's response, provide a better one. I am not nearly as active on this group as some (how some people have this much time is what *really* fascinates me), but I try to follow the above advice when I have time.
