but before reinstalling 9.2.0.6 patchset, one can investigate and get
confirmation that THAT was the cause. This can be done by analyzing the
log file of the upgrade. at the end of the upgrade, utlrp is run and it
would have recorded errors at that time itself. Maybe checking the
last_ddl_time for invaild objects can tell when it all happened..
