Oracle and Donald Rumsfeld

I don't usually get much response to items I post on my website, but I got three emails shortly after posting the following pdf (2 notes pages from a powerpoint presentation - 22KB) that shows the relationship between Donald Rumsfeld's most well-known comment and the experiences of most Oracle professionals.

It seems to have struck a bit of a chord, and raised a couple of wry chuckles, so with apologies to anyone who considers this to be spam:
