XML-SQL Utility Oracle 9i r2 on UNIX

HI, I am wondering where I can verify if XML-SQL Utility is installed,
and if not, how can I install it. When I try to use
DBMS_XMLSave.ctxType  I receive the error DBMS_XMLSave.ctxType must be
declared.



I tought that it was installed by default in Oracle 9i.
