Hi Vince,


if you are using Windows your OracleService must be run by OS user with
permissions to write to this network computer. This can be set with
right click on OracleService<SID> , then select Properties and click on
Log On tab , and select option This Account and write account with
permissions to write ot this drive.


Restart the service and try again ...


I set this also to OracleListenerService ...
