Hello,



I have been told that Oracle 10g instance can't connect


   to Oracle 7 inst. using DATABASE LINK (TCP/IP).
Is it true?



I need access (selects,inserts,updates)


  to some VIEWs(SYNONYMS) and SEQUENCES on Ora7, is it posible?
