Oracle Lite 10g : Rollback on client db, from action on server, possible ?

Is it possible to initiate a rollback on oracle lite db, but from server ?

Use case :

1- Client starts a synchronization
2- The connection hangs up while synchronizing
3- Need for restoring the oracle lite db on client as it was at point 1

4- Is it possible to restore the db (from server) ? 4b- Or is it possible to restore the db (from client) ?
