Creating PFILE from SPFILE with *.

I create my PFILE from my SPFILE using
SQL> CREATE PFILE FROM SPFILE It creates a file when I OPEN it is NOT a NORMAL INIT.ORA File... Everyline starts with *. Example:

*.aq_tm_processes=1
*.compatible='9.2.0.0.0'

When I start my DB with this file... it gives me ERRORS... SQL> startup nomount;
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters LRM-00101: unknown parameter name 'q_tm_processes' SQL> Can anyone please HELP me on this...
