Have to admit some surprise that even after your post, a search through Amazon based on "Oracle9i Personal" did not list this book. I had to access via ISBN. (Perhaps this is web site personalization at it's best.)

Note to OP - based on the publishing date, this could easily be Oracle9i Release 1, which is no longer supported (or even recommended).
