Prem you are doing fine. Just ignore the critics.

I would have responded to your questions but we are not yet experimenting with 10g (that's a long and different story).

Yes the purpose of this group is to ask questions and get answers. Any of the people responding have the choice of ignoring questions.

There's way too much attitude from many of the responders (my opinion).
