Hi,

The db size is near 2TB.

I need to stop the dbservers because of ocfs. alter tablespace backup does not work. (the file system command which copies the files cant access the files because of ocfs.)

I have great disappointments with redhat linux - ocfs - rac - itanium64 combination. I feel myself in a laboraty experiment while i deal with this system but unlikely this is a live datawarehouse system.....
