I am using Oracle 9.2.0.2 on IBM AIX 5.1L System
I am starting my Intelligent Agent and when I execute "agentctl start agent" I get following error "
I checked the DBSNMP.LOG file which told me to refer to NMICONF.LOG file which shows me following ERROR at the end"

And when I do "netstat -na | grep 1748" I could not find any such PORT.... Do I have to OPEN this PORT? I have already created a REPOSITORY using EMCA and then started OMS as "oemctl start oms"...
