As far as it concerns  ORA-00600  errors you are suppose to solve them
with the help of Oracle support staff.



What bothers me is the naming of objects you have. It looks like
you've created user with a name of "SCHEMA" and I think it might
confuse oracle (SCHEMA, PACKAGE, PROCEDURE, FUNCTION etc.  are reserved
words).
