Node evictions in RAC environment are quite common and there are variety of reasons than can cause this. You should read and follow this article on Metalink - Troubleshooting ORA-29740 in a RAC Environment (Note:219361.1), especially important is the eviction reason from LMON tracefile. With this information you should be able to narrow the search. The reason for eviction could be either problem in your environment (network issues with interconnect, cluster problems etc.) or Oracle bugs such as 4031502 (there is the patch for this one).
