  1.   Anyone (esp network folks) doing maintenace at the time?  Private
network issue is typically the primary problem.  You should run ping
between the private addresses of the two boxes Wed morning and see if
there are lost packets.
  
  2.   Check cluster log and see what the errors are.
  
  3.   Check MissCount (registry) and see if it's set too low
  
  4.   Do you have Priority property set to 2 in your CM registry?
