Hello all,

I have a curious question. Why would Oracle name the table that contains the names of all 'dynamic' performance views as 'v$fixed_table'? Or was it originally designed for X$ tables and was later used for v$ views too?

Thanks,
Ram. Received on Mon Jan 24 2005 - 19:20:53 CST
