Manually starting services in Windows XP

Hi,
After Oracle 10g for windows XP Pro installation, I find the Oracle services automatically started.
I'd rather start them manually.
Do you think this order is correct:

1)-OracleServiceORCL
2)-OracleOraDb10g_home1TNSListener
3)-OracleDBConsoleorcl
4)-OracleOraDb10g_home1iSQLPLus
