I agree with you but I have no way to change such a big Java application
that wasn't developped by me.
I just want to improve the performance, but Java 1.3.1 doesn't seem to work
with local connection.
(but 1.3.0 does. It would to long to explain why I can't use 1.3.0)
The oracle error is strange (since the database is running)
