Clone 10g SERVER

Hello all.

For testing purposes we use M$'s Virtual Server. We install Win 2003 once, clone the virtual Server (involves SysPrep copying the virtual hard drive to a new location), install ORACLE 8i, 9i and SQL-Server on the clones, clone these again and then we have preconfigured servers to get going in minutes (copy clone, mount as new virtual server, start, go through a few installation questions and reboot). Alter the tnsnames.ora of the clients (developer PCs) and access a new server within 10 Minutes from the decision to use one.
Then comes ORACLE 10g. Installation on the virtual server - nearly no problem. But cloning? Can't access the Enterprise Manager's website, can't reconfigure a tnsnames.ora - nothing! So how does one clone the server (not the db! This needs a running target server which we want to clone in the first step). Or how does one access the server, after the machine's name and IP-Address were changed?

Kind regards,
