All the oracle documentation is available online and "free" -- some of it's actually readable.

Sign up for a free oracle technology membership. When you use the free doc online, sometimes you get prompted for userid/password. Follow the otn link Sybrand provided and on upper right corner follow links to signup (register it probably says).

After that, check out http://tahiti.oracle.com that's where all the online doc including printable pdf copies of the manuals are.
