Two things.

  1. The table is not Oracles
  2. You and your team need to stop doing anything logged into Oracle as system other than manage the database. You had no business creating the table, no business working with the table, and no business deleting anything in that schema.

I'd suggest a SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE until someone writes some security poicies and management agrees to fire the first person that violates them.

But to answer your immediate question ... rebuild from scratch to eliminate this and other land mines your team has built.
