I installed Oracle 8i on Windows 2000, and tried to create a tablespace for a database I created,
using a script as follows:
sqlplus SYSTEM/password_at_DEVTEST @doCreateSpace.DEVTEST.IMDIS.sql
and got the error:
ORA-12514: TNS:listener could not resolve SERVICE_NAME given in connect descriptor
Here is the tnsnames.ora file on server.

Here is the listener.ora file on server.

I also tried:
sqlplus SYSTEM/password_at_DEVTEST.UNHQ.UN.ORG @doCreateSpace.DEVTEST.IMDIS.sql
and got the same error.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
