EXP-00068 error on Full Export ( TBLSPC ONLINE )

Has anyone gotten an error running


9i on Linux using the export utility for a Full export


 >exp user/passwd full=y consistant=y file=filename




I get this:


EXP-00068  Tablespaces offline



I have since turned the tablespaces ONLINE
but still get the error?
