URGENT: Full Export break with too many open cursor

Hello

a well running export script of my database breaks now with

EXP-00008: ORACLE-Fehler 604 gefunden
ORA-00604: Fehler auf rekursiver SQL-Ebene 1
ORA-01000: Maximale Anzahl offener Cursor überschritten
EXP-00000: Der Export-Vorgang endete mit Fehlern

ORA-01000 says too many open cursors. This can't be true. In initora are 1000 defined. A select of all says there are actually around 140 when starting the export.

Could someone tell me what the problem?
