Please explain, with pointers to the docs, why you think you 'obviously' don't need to backup your undo tablespace during cold backup.
Then do the following

- find a different job
- make a cold backup without backing up the undo tablespace
- delete your database
- recover your database from backup
- Get sacked by your employer.
