audit in 9.2.0.4?

Hello!

I want to audit deletes on Oracle 9.2.0.4/Linux-AMD64 for all users. I did following:
Added to config:

*.audit_sys_operations=true
*.audit_trail='OS'

and then said

audit delete any table;

But this produces audit info about deletes only for sys user! :-(

audit session works for any user.
