wwdoc_api.move_document

Does anybody have been usign wwdoc_api.move_document I've tried all types of this function and always I recive USERDEFINED EXCEPTION. What can be not ok?
I call this function in procdure called from <form> whrere is <input type=file name=file>. After upload my function is called. Normaly file is uploaded, but I would like to change its pathid, security_ovject_type and security_object_name (normaly all is set to o or null) to soma pagegoop/page.
This should be done by wwdoc_api.move_document function but I have USER_DEF. EXCEPTION. Please help
