OK. i am running Oracle 9.2.0.4 on windows server 2003.
the services (alla the services : listerners, oracle 'engines, and
database) are running properly as they are started automatically.



it seems that this problem is not unusual in case of power breakdown.
does oracle provide a system to aplly script at startup of the database ?
