You have the usr.ora datafile set to autoextend and you are exporting with compress=Y (the default). As a result every individual segment will be created in one contiguous extent, causing the datafile to extend.
Probably not much can be done about it, because you likely don't have the original table definitions anymore and/or the original export.

There are however a few other factors to consider - Oracle desupported 8.0 in the previous century - Oracle also desupported win95 and in the meantime Microsoft has withdrawn support for win95
- You seem to know not much about Oracle. I would strongly recommend you to read the Oracle Concepts manual. Your question shows your blatant ignorance.
